Compensation

For too long childcare teachers have not been paid what they deserve for the enormously important job they do for our children and community.

We’re here to change that. Due to our innovative model which changes the economics of childcare, we are able to offer highly competitive wages for both full and part time, salaried and hourly roles.

Health Insurance

All full time employees are eligible for health insurance through Anthem. We cover 100% of the employee’s premiums.
Dental Insurance

All full time employees are eligible for dental insurance through Guardian. We cover 75% of the employe’s premiums.
Vision Insurance

All full time employees are eligible for vision insurance through Guardian. We cover 75% of the employe’s premiums.
401k

We provide a starter 401k plan up to $6,000 in employee contribution. We will be looking to provide an employer match as soon as we can!
Childcare Discount

Employees receive 50% off of a membership for one child.
Paid Time Off

Full time employees receive a generous PTO package including 7 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, and 10 accrued days off.
Paid Professional Development

We provide a paid allowance for a wide variety of professional development trainings and certifications based on your role.
