Thank you for participating in our Referral Discount Program! By referring friends to The Nest Family Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Submission

   • The referring member ("Referrer") must submit the referred friend’s ("Referred Member") information through the designated referral form available on our website.

2. Eligibility Criteria

   • The Referrer must be an existing member of The Nest Family Center.

   • The Referrer must maintain an active membership at The Nest Family Center for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date the Referred Member’s membership starts.

   • The Referred Member must be accepted as a member of The Nest Family Center and remain an active member for a minimum of sixty (60) days from their membership start date.

3. Membership Status

   • Both the Referrer and Referred Member must be current on their membership dues at the time the reward is applied.

   • Both the Referrer and Referred Member must NOT have pending cancellations of either membership.

4. Reward Details

   • The Referrer will receive a one-time reward equivalent to 15% of their monthly membership fee, applied as a credit to their account.

   • The reward credit will be automatically applied to the Referrer’s next invoice based on their billing cycle.

5. Commencement of Waiting Period

   • The sixty (60) day waiting period begins on the official start date of the Referred Member’s membership.

6. Program Limitations

   • Applicable to referrals made on or after January 14th, 2025.

   • The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Only one (1) referral reward is granted per Referred Member.

   • Only one (1) reward credit can be active at a time. If more than one member is referred, credits will be applied to subsequent billing periods.

   • The program cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

7. Disqualification

   • Referrals that do not meet all the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions will not qualify for the reward.

8. Modifications and Termination

   • The Nest Family Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, all rewards earned before the modification or termination will be honored.

9. General

   • By participating in the referral program, the Referrer and Referred Member agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies of The Nest Family Center.
